Expert Swimming Pool Construction in Dallas, TX

FamousTxpoolsandconstruction handles swimming pool construction for Dallas homeowners from the first design conversation to the final inspection. We manage site assessment, excavation, shell construction, plumbing, electrical, and decking as a single coordinated build. Dallas has a long swim season, with average summer highs reaching 96 degrees, so a well-built pool gets real daily use. The city also requires multiple permits covering building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work before construction begins. We handle that process so nothing gets missed. Dallas zoning rules set specific setback distances from property lines, and many North Texas subdivisions require HOA approval before a shovel touches the ground. We know those requirements and factor them into every plan we draw. Whether your yard is a flat suburban lot or a tighter city parcel, we design to fit your actual space. Call FamousTxpoolsandconstruction to schedule your on-site consultation and get a plan built around your Dallas property.

FTX recently build our pool and spa combo and did an amazing job from the construction quality and custom finishes. One of the best experiences I had was able to deal directly with the owner Gio to address any concerns and final design. He really takes pride in his work. FTX is not the cheapest or the most expensive pool company out there but if like to build a custom and higher quality pool they are your best choice. Overall very satisfied with the final product
